ADELAIDE: Botanic Garden Restaurant

My parents came over to visit ( because I graduated ! Whohoo MBBS! ) and I decided that I will have my graduation meal at Botanic Garden Restaurant because they harvest their greens directly from the Adelaide Botanic Garden! (*cough* organic *cough*) and it is also a very pretty restaurant.

We decided to go for the 4 course at $75pp

Some complimentary Sang Choy Bow-ish thing

Gazander oysters, charred cucumber, bonito

Cold smoked hiramasa kingfish, daikon, avocado, yuzu puree

Tommy ruff escabeche, mussel custard, fennel, squid ink cracker

Hazelnut polenta, mushrooms, red cabbage, wild watercress

Fish of the day

Lamb

Pork Belly

Fish

I really apologise I couldn't rename all the dishes. But it was a good meal and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves including my mom who usually doesn't eat western meals.
