SINGAPORE: BAM! Sake and Tapas

It's fatty's 26th ! And honestly we've been feeling like tourists in our own country - we don't know what new, don't know what's good, don't know what's yummy. Nonetheless, after stalking many people on Instagram, I decided to treat fatty to a meal at BAM! Sake and tapas, set up by former chef de cuisine of the now closed Santi at marina bay sands, Pepe Moncayo.


Ikura & sisho tempura $7 

This was so good I can't even describe how yummy this $7 was ! 

Cold capellini, uni, Sakura ebi $39

Fatty really liked this so much he wanted one for himself 

Egg soufflé, chicken comb and soft bones, sherry $25

This was my dish of the night. If there is something you have to order, this is it. 

Squid, otak, vizcaina $14 

Really loved this Asian twist 

Kurobuta rib eye $44 

This is probably the most amazing pork I've ever eaten in awhile. 

Chocolate, pear, yuzu $12

Meh, I'm a huge dessert person and I feel that dessert really isn't their forte. It was edible and tasty, but it didn't blow me away

This meal set me back $200 ( including a lychee sake-Tini). I really enjoyed this place and lll definitely be back !
