ADELAIDE: NNQ @ woodville

One of the restaurants we always take visitors to for a cheap and casual Vietnamese lunch is  NNQ, so I was completely devastated when I Realized NNQ sold their shop at Ferryden park and their new place at woodville wasn't opened yet when Lisyn was here.

Nick and I have been eating at NNQ for 6 and 5 years respectively, and this restaurant serves the best pho hands down.

First day of business for the new restaurant!

Everything seems to have gone up a notch - ambience, quality of service, and price.

We had our usual rare beef and beefball pho.
Love how they haven't stinged on their portions despite the very nice interior of the restaurant. Perhaps the $2 increase in price sort of offseted the cost of renovations and new cutleries haha.

previously they used to put the beans sprout on another plate separately, but they dumped everything into the pho today. I really didn't like that because I never ever eat beansprouts unless they're home cooked by my mom. That's because in restaurants outside, they never ever pluck off the roots of the beansprouts, and I just find eating the roots really dirty :/

Also, they should probably invest in some dyson fans, I felt really uncomfortable in there, as though I was being baked alive, didn't help that there were heaps of flies and so I was burning extra energy trying to get the flies off me ):

Otherwise, still a great place to go for pho !
