ADELAIDE: Ramen & Izakaya Himeji Degustation/Kaiseki 2

As per our previous post on Himeji's degustation ( click here), we were so impressed we were gonna make it a monthly affair.
We... returned back 2 months later, BUT we did introduce Nick's brother and sis in law to it and they tried it 1 month after we did heheh.

When I posted the meal on instagram, my good friend Roger immediately said " LETS GO NEXT TIME"
We finally found a good day to return after both of us returned from our respective annual leaves and busy hospital schedule. Nick and Nick's brother came along as well. It also so happened to be on the day of our JULY payday :D

We love how Chef Ikeda always changes the menu so we don't eat repeated dishes

Otoro with truffle - this sealed the deal. If you offer me this with ANY deal, if it's not a ridiculous transaction, I will definitely say yes.
