ADELAIDE: Fairweather @ Solomon Street

Because Nick and I live in the city, we are essentially spoilt for choices when it comes to a good morning cuppa. However, because we are also very lazy people, we always keep frequenting the same few that are opposite our place - Exchange, Providore, Penny University.

Decided that since both Nick and I weren't working, and the weather is perfect, we were gonna take a stroll and find a place we both haven't been to for brunch + coffee.
Thank you google, stumbled upon Fairweather 4.8* on google review hmmmmm.

Located just down from Leigh Street on Hindley, Fairweather runs Melbourne’s Small Batch Roasting Co’s signature Candyman blend through its two grinders.
Wasn't a very extensive brunch menu, I was deciding between the Mushroom and the shakshuka, while Nick wanted the wagyu sandwich.

I enjoyed this shashuka ! Particularly because of the accompanying crisp. Perfect eggs, though the yolks didn't look particularly bright and golden like the free range eggs other brunch places uses hmmm?
Coffee was amazing. I loved how it was so easy on the palate, definitely a very easy to drink cup, perfect for someone who's just starting out on coffee.
