ADELAIDE: +82 POCHA 2nd trip

Check out my first post about this restaurant here

2nd time checking out this place. Remember how I said that I would love to check out their hotpot stew?
So I decided to make another trip here with Amanda for the hotpot as well as to drown all my work stress.

You see, so stressed out until I had this strong urge to destroy something, So I went and cut my hair short.
hurhurhur, my hospital ward festive cheer lol.

Budae Jiggae $35

My favourite Kimchi pancake of all time $16.50

KOREAN BEER, YESSSS! $8 each

I'm usually a Japanese beer kinda person, this is my first time trying korean beer and boy I think I'm absolutely hooked! Both were very easy to drink but I prefer cass over kloud. Can't wait to try hite the next time !

ADELAIDE: +82 Pocha

Saw some pictures of the food from this restaurant on a friend's instagram and I thought to myself, I really need to check this place out !

This restaurant has been in business for not even a week but when I rocked up the day after at 6pm, all the tables were almost filled.

I wanted to eat everything ! But in the end, we decided on the Je-yuk - korean stirfried spicy pork ($18.50), Kimchi Pancake $16.50, Korean Fried Chicken ($30) - we paid an extra 2 dollars to split a full serve of fried chicken into half each with 2 different sauces.

Really enjoyed the Kimchi Pancake, probably the best one in Adelaide yet! I really enjoyed the stir fried spicy pork as well!
Chicken seemed pretty gimmicky to me. It looked good, however, the meat was very dry and I barely ate any meat at all, my chicken was just full of bones. Quite disappointed with the chicken given that it cost me $32.

Anyway, this place had a really nice vibe and I will definitely return with more friends to try their kimchi stew as well as some soju bombs hehe. Furthermore, I heard they open till really late on the weekend as well, YESSSSS!
