Not that I'm making any excuses for myself, but I'm not posting from my MacBook and I find it so hard to type just using a qwerty keyboard !
sigh let me tell you, apple is totally terrible. After a few years they're sorta forcing you to upgrade your technology. As in my case, my 6 years old laptop is now non compatible with my iPhone 6s.
But not that I'm gonna boycott Apple anytime soon I guess I've fallen too deep lol.
But okay la, I will still try hard and continue to be entertaining.
Hmm, or maybe I should crowdfund for a laptop ? Heheheh
Anyway, one of my favourite street food in Singapore is prawn mee. And growing up in the East, beach road prawn mee was a familiar sight. Though still quite a stranger because last time my parents got no time to bring me to queue for prawn mee ):
So this trip, since they're both retired, I INSISTED we make a trip there !
What I like about going to beach road prawn mee is that it's one stone kill 2 bird. I love how there's the fried ngoh hiang just beside them. So I get to eat both prawn mee as well as clog up my arteries with oily deep fried food :D
Sigh. As usual, I always feel that there's a lot of unemployed people around. We reached at 1pm and the queue was still horrendous ! There were so many humans around I'm like holy where do all this people come from ?!
But hehehehehehe,at least diagonally across me got handsome boy.
$5.80 prawn mee.
They also have $8.80 and $11.80. Jumbo prawn mee sells for $11.80
you can choose to have it soup or dry.
I always have my prawn mee soup, thick mee hoon and yellow mee mix.
East Coast ngoh hiong ! $9.80 for this place of goodness !
As a medical professional, I understand the cons of having too much fried food. So just eat in moderation okay everybody. This stall is good, because beside all the fried food, they still encourage you to eat your greens :D look, 3 slices of cucumber Hahahahah.
SUPER SATISFIED, HEARTY LUNCH !
